About the Founder
Founder: Harris & Jane Consulting was founded by Mabothe Mojapelo, a globally experienced People & Culture leader and MBA candidate at GIBS. She was recognized with the 2024 LMI-SMI Champion for Personal Growth & Transformation Award for leadership excellence and her commitment to personal and professional growth. Her career spans audit, international secondments, and strategic talent leadership across fast-paced, remote-friendly environments. She has partnered with leaders in London, the United States, and diverse markets to design and facilitate immersive leadership experiences.
